The Zimbabwe National Road Administration (ZINARA) was established in 2002 under the Road Act (Chapter 13:18) to manage Zimbabwe's road infrastructure funding.
As a statutory body under the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructural Development, ZINARA is mandated to efficiently mobilise, collect, and manage funds for the maintenance of Zimbabwe's road network, ensuring that road users and future generations benefit from well-maintained roads.
